The Cast: Who's Who (March 2020)

Guys,

Well, a lot has happened between the start of March and the end. Wow. Anyway, I featured two new studs this month, plus the return of two fan favorites to full action. I'm hoping for more from all four of these guys. Two should make a guest appearance very, very soon. I didn't do a lot with the comic book images for BoME5 due to time but I will share a couple of those changes, as well.

Reviews: Max Adonis x 2 (Muscleboy Wrestling)

Full disclosure: These videos were provided to me by Muscleboy Wrestling.

I got to this post in the most circuitous route that I've ever taken to get any post. As I've been typing, it's been about many things but has eventually ended up here. A post about Max Adonis from Muscleboy Wrestling.

Max Adonis checks out Marcus Ryan.

Review: Steve Mason vs. The Beast (Hunks Wrestling)

Full disclosure: This video was provided to me by Hunks Wrestling.

Well, the first quarter of 2020 is nearly over and I've now talked about three new-to-me wrestling companies. The established UK pro wrestling group Spotland Scrappers. The classic muscle stud factory BG Enterprise. And now, new-ish promotion Hunks Wrestling out of Spain.

Steve Mason vs. The Beast showed up in my gmail, I assume in hopes of a review. Well, it worked because I enjoyed this catchweight match and so I'm going to post on it.

Hunks Wrestling made the right call on how
to introduce themselves to me.

Review: Alexander Greystoke vs. Danny Del Toro (W4H)

Del Toro: "Are you here to wrestle or are you here to go swinging through some trees?"
Greystoke: "Man, I'm gonna be climbing through your jungle real quick."
Del Toro: "I got a tree you can climb on."
Greystoke: "Bring it out."
Del Toro: "Bring it out? For what? You wouldn't know what to do with it."

I'm pretty predictable and I'm okay with that. If you put a wrestler in a loincloth, I'm interested. Here, Wrestler4Hire introduces us to a long-haired (yay), tattooed (meh), hard-bodied (yay), hairy (yay) Tarzan facing an even more tattooed opponent, a street punk heel type. Naturally, as soon as I saw it in the member videos for streaming, I was checking it out.

Greystoke is basically a doormat.

Review: Elite Eliot vs. Ty Alexander (BGEast)

I hope all of you are safe and well. Week one of working from home was weird, but I do feel grateful to have a job that I can do remotely, unlike 70% of the workforce. Pro wrestlers are not so lucky, with virtually all indie pro action cancelled for the foreseeable future. Based on their Twitter feeds, guys are coping in different ways, some well, some not, but we'll see how it all shakes out.

While there's no new action happening live, there is new action featuring indie pros coming from the vaults of gay wrestling videos companies.

Let's stay positive, guys.

Review: Johnny Lightning vs. Cliff Conlin (BG)

Like most of you, life is completed crazy right now. I'm lucky to have a job (not blogging) that I can do remotely. I thought working from home would give me more time but the chaos has meant I've had more work, more meetings and less time. I did manage to watch one wrestling video. Since my BG Enterprise review last week on Johnny Lightning had four comments before I could blink, I went with this one.

It's another blast from the past.

Heroes: Bane of My Existence 5

•    Bane of My Existence 1    •    Bane of My Existence 2    •

•    Bane of My Existence 3    •    Bane of My Existence 4    •

Chapter 1: The Butler Did It.

The butler frantically tied his robe around his waist to cover his lean-muscled body as he raced downstairs. Under his robe, the well-built 56-year old manservant was naked. Normally, he would have thrown on something more, but he knew there was no time. The alarm had triggered mere moments ago, signaling someone was on the grounds. He had to get downstairs quickly.

As Alfred entered the expansive foyer, he saw the front door wide open. A familiar red and yellow motorcycle was parked out front. He turned to see the young man striding down the hall, his long black cape with the yellow lining flowing behind him. Alfred jogged to catch up as the determined intruder walked confidently but quickly through the opulent mansion towards the library. Towards the entrance to the cave. That meant trouble.

The older man called out, “Master Tim? Wait!” Alfred caught up as Red Robin burst through the double wooden doors to the library. “Sir? Please wait. I wasn’t expecting you this evening.” He added with a tone that expressed disapproval, “And through the front door in your fighting togs? What if someone sees your motorcycle? Please move it immediately.”

The 18-year old hero turned, “Alfred. Sorry to wake you, but I got a call earlier. Bruce is in trouble. I haven’t gotten an update, so I came here. I need to use the Batcomputer to track him or the Batmobile. I don’t have time to move the bike.”

Review: Johnny Lightning vs. Beau Hopkins (BG Enterprise)

As I look for new things to watch, Iron Ranger mentioned that he was watching some BG Wrestling, specifically Johnny Lightning. I may have seen some BG videos but I'm really not sure. They were before my time and if they were available, I don't know where. Can-Am releases them now and I really dislike their website and viewing system. However, I was willing to give Johnny a try..

I was steered in Johnny's direction,
so I decided to check him out.

Reviews: Drill Sergeants x 2 (Wrestler4Hire)

I had a review all done and planned for yesterday but when I ran through my usual steps, something arose and changed my plans dramatically. With nothing else really to review, I decided to fill the unexpected gap with a themed post about two different specialty videos from Wrestler4Hire. Neither one on their own felt like they'd hold a post but together, I think they're worthy of chatter.

Alpha male Ronnie tests beta male Noah.

Eliot runs buddy Blake through basic training.

Review: Poppa Bear vs. Sam Smiler (Spotland Scrappers)

This video from Spotland Scrappers is entitled Dad 'n Lad. It's a custom scenario and is heavily story-driven. A young wrestler broke up with his girlfriend and (apparently) not in a nice way. Her dad shows up at the gym demanding he apologize to her. The young punk naturally refuses, so it's up to the older gent to defend his little girl's honour ('u' intentionally added since this is a UK match).

I'd call this a specialty taste so I'm giving you enough to decide if it's something you'd like.

Smiler's not smiling now.
