Mangler is Back!

So, in my Firsts! post, I talked about how Mangler's “A Family Affair” was the first wrestling story I read and that I still remember it today. Even though it has ballbusting action that is harder than my more cartoony approach, the characters, the plot and the writing burned into my head and they're still there 20 years later.

Well, Mangler himself reached out to me to tell me he's just finished a sequel to one of his other stories. I asked where it would live. And lo-and-behold, he's created a place to house his hot-off-the-presses sequel, his old stories, and hopefully many more new ones to come. So far, he’s posted one classic and its brand new sequel.

Am I 100% responsible for the return? Obviously yes but I'm far too modest to take all the credit. Let's just call it a rather happy coincidence.

You can find the new blog at https://manglerwrestling.blogspot.com/

    1. I can add this to my list of accomplishments along with getting BGE to edit a product and ... I can’t think of another. Got any requests?

    2. Getting JKK back to writing or drawing comics would another big one to add haha.

  4. Actually JKK is still around making new content. He has a Youtube Channel, JungleKingKazar. He posts videos of a Celebrity Wrestling Federation using a WWE wrestling game, he also does a superhero based one as well.

    1. Very cool. I still love his comics but I’m glad he’s still got an outlet for his creativity. He’s a guy who influenced me a lot, too.

  5. I'm glad Mangler is back. He had a very good site. Gymdude was a favorite author of mine on there. I haven't seen a lot of the stories from that site in a while. I would love to see them again, along with some new stuff too.

    1. Gymdude commented on his first post so maybe there’s a chance to see new stuff from him.
