Guys,
I lost track of time. I've been completing stories at deadline and the 15th came along super-fast. I'm good (to answer the usual question), just busy.
The story isn't done, but it is mostly done ... will update once it's ready. I might wait until 11/1.
Alex
Oh well. That’s a shame but it’s best not to rush the best of the best’s work. It will be ready when it’s ready. Side note: How do you feel about fanfiction? I know you have some posted in your stuff but I’m not sure you have ever stated and rules or anything for it
ReplyDeleteI like fan fiction. I mean, I write it with my superhero stuff. My rules for Cave fan fiction would be the stories should suit the blog (if the goal is to have it posted here) and not do anything crazy negative with the characters. Like I wouldn’t post anything that was damaging to them, even under the banner of fan fiction.
DeleteAssuming you mean Cave stuff. I’m kind of now a character in Mangler”s universe and I exist in Sexyalphawrestler’s true story universe on GayDemon (not his TSWF one … yet).
Oh okay cause I been checking all day 😂
ReplyDeleteWow, sorry, but also kind of flattered?
DeleteNo big deal, Alex. It will get up when it does. Better to keep us waiting for the best story than put up mediocre work.
ReplyDeleteThanks. It’s more about my time than any quality concern, but yes, I can’t really rush the stories too much. They’re not built for that.
DeleteOh the horror, the torture, the unrelieved ache in my nether regions!
ReplyDeleteBut all is good. I understand as I have also hit a writing slump. Must be the change in weather.
Could be. Although the weather’s been great. It really has been work … a slump implies I was trying. I had three weeks of 60-70 hours at work, which is a ton for me. I like my 40-45 hours as a sweet spot. Those extra 20-25 hours were draining and made me not want to look at a screen. I have the next matches in my head. Just need to get the time to get them out.
DeleteOh, and then a trip to Toronto for Thanksgiving (Canadian) with the family was five days with no writing, too.
