Review: Beast vs. Blayne (Thunders Arena)

Thunders Arena is usually in the $30 range but they were highlighting some for $20. I saw Beast vs. Blayne is one of those. I figured I must have it but I just couldn't remember it. When I double-checked, sure enough I didn't own it. Shocking, I know, but it made buying it an easy decision. It took me a minute to get to watching it but this fun blast from the (recent) past was worth the wait.

Yes, yes, yes!

Review: Beast vs. Brute (Thunders Arena)

Brute: "Ready for this? Ready for 1970's style domination? This is how our forefathers did it."
Wow, after starting April not having a clue what I'd be reviewing, suddenly my cup runneth over. I have six brand new Thunders Arena matches, one purchased and five promotional. BGEast released the first video from catalog 118 in the Arena with three matches featuring six wrestlers I like. There's a new Alex Waters match at RHW. And Movimus sent me a brief encounter (9 minutes) between my two favorite current studs. On top of that, a brand new wrestling video company called Muscleboy Wrestling launched. Phew. I guess my look back at Cyberfights and Brett Barnes can wait.

Anyway, I decided to start with the purchased offering from Thunders Arena. I watched it first, it's one I chose to invest in, plus it's a winner for me. Beast v Brute is right up my alley, so I'd be shocked if I didn't enjoy it. I'm not shocked. It's big boys playing like big boys. There's a lot of muscle. And there's the promised domination. So this video is what you'd expect and you know if you'll like it.

Brute and Beast go old school

Review: Beast vs. Kid Dynamite (Thunders Arena)

Full disclosure: This video was provided to me by Thunders Arena.

I'm back with Kid Dynamite's second match with Thunders Arena. Beast vs. Kid Dynamite gives us another chance to see if the new bodybuilder is for real. He did well in the ring against Eagle, but now he's on the mats facing one of the toughest studs there is. How does it go?

Look at those tummies ... two musclemen
taking a flex break.

Review: Beast vs. Joey King (Thunders Arena)

Once again, Thunders Arena launched a must-buy combination in conjunction with an awesome sale. Beast vs. Joey King was simply too much for me to resist, especially with the St. Patrick's Day deals. And so I bought it along with the Valentine's Day match featuring Blayne vs. Tristan Baldwin and an older Dozer vs. Eagle Custom Series video. It is the rope and tickling-centric clash, which looked fun, but I wasn't willing to pay full price for it. It shouldn't be confused with the wonderful Dozer vs. Eagle mat match, which I also own.

Simply irresistible.

Review: Beast vs. Talon (Thunders Arena)

It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of the Thunders Arena expansion into ring matches. It's broadened their talent base and the output has been excellent. When I saw Beast vs. Billy, I bought it immediately and I liked it a lot. So when Beast vs. Talon was released, it was a no-brainier to buy.

It's two smoking hot musclemen in ring action
