In my first one-hit wonders (1HW) post (
here), I said I was going to feature five of them. I covered two, so that leaves how many? Yes, three. Good job. Today's studs all faced great opponents that I'm sure many of you will remember. In fact, their opponents’ looks, personas and reputations are a big part of why I remember the 1HWs. That's not a knock. No wrestler can succeed on his own.
And it's not all about their opponents. Each of these 1HWs personally showed me the skill, personality and looks to succeed, but none of them ever even got to a second match, much less became a star. Still, their lone appearance makes them part of wrestling history and worthy of being remembered and recognized.
