Review: Guido Genatto vs. The Mountain (Wrestler4Hire)

In one of Cameron's guest blog posts (here), he said that Guido Genatto doesn't lose unless he wants to. Wrestler4Hire really tests that theory, because he's facing a true mountain of a pro wrestler. The hairy hunk keeps fighting and doesn't fight like a man who wants to lose, but we all know that in pro wrestling, big men like The Mountain are unstoppable. As Wrestling Arsenal always says, fat > muscle.

Whether Guido wants to lose or not, he's in BIG trouble.

The Cast: Who's Who (July 2019)

Guys,

Different kind of month this month, but I hope you'll agree that there were still some hot studs.

Review: Josh Goodman vs. Brooklyn Bodywrecker (BGEast)

I've learned that some of my favorite classic wrestlers and matches remain my favorites for years. Others don't age that well. And a rare few actually get better over time. I'm not even sure if I really thought of Joshua Goodman vs. BBW as a classic when I first viewed it. It follows a fairly predictable path that I've seen before. And yet, here we are, years later, and I really, really love this match.

Knowing the career trajectories for these two
makes this video even better now than it was.

Review: Channing Travolta vs. Garrett Thomas #2 (Wrestler4Hire)

If Wrestler4Hire's Channing Travolta vs. Garrett Thomas sounds like a familiar match, it might be because back in March, Wrestling Arsenal posted about a match between these two pro wrestlers. He expertly celebrated its action and wrestlers, starting with gorgeous in gold Garrett but then captivated by the big-bulged beefcake Channing.

This is actually a different match, with actual sound and a ref. I really like beefy jobber boy Channing and ripped heel Garrett, so I was interested to see this one when it came on streaming.

Channing puts it all out there against Garrett.
Again.

Review: Dax Carter vs. Scrappy (Muscleboy Wrestling)

Full disclosure: This video was provided to me by Muscleboy Wrestling.

I've had Dax Carter vs. Scrappy for over a month. I started it two weeks ago after I returned from vacation. However, it's taken me a long time to get through it. Not because it's not good. In that case, I would've just stopped watching it. No, it's very good. It's just a lot. Allow me to explain.

There's so much here and it's all really good.

Review: Justin Pierce vs. Mikey Vee (BGEast)

A quick note on comments: A reader emailed me to ask if he was blocked from leaving comments, because he'd tried many times and they wouldn't show up. I haven't blocked anyone nor have any comments showed up in the blog's spam filter for a long, long time. I also don't screen comments.

If you've been trying to leave comments and failing, it could be because you're using Safari. I know that I cannot leave comments using it, so I've had to switch to Chrome to reply to comments here or post them elsewhere. I assume it's something to do with Google owning Blogger and Chrome. Either way, please don't feel like it's personal.

On with the actual post. I absolutely LOVE Justin Pierce vs. Mikey Vee. I think I've said this before, but I'll say it again. It's soooo good. Yes, the studs are among the best and the action is awesome but I like it for a surprising reason. It's older, so I don't feel like I can really spoil it, but just in case, I AM SPOILING THIS MATCH! There. You were warned.

When a superstar heel takes on a superstar jobber
there's only one way things can go, right?

The Cave 24: Ryan vs. Dustin

Poison. Bar. Los Angeles CA.

“Excuse me, dude?”

I feel the tap then turn to see a hot muscle stud standing there. Oh. Yes, he’s absolutely gorgeous, but I actually recognize him. It’s been 11 years, but he’s aged well and is kind of unforgettable. I smile broadly and extend my hand for a friendly shake, “Hey. Wow. How's it going?”

I remember him, but
he doesn't remember me.

Review: Jonny Firestorm vs. Andy Hammer (BGEast)

One of the worst parts of returning from vacation is the mountain of catching up that awaits. I did a great job of populating the blog before I left, but I should've done a week or two after as well. Oh well. It's not like there's nothing to post. After all, I've watched hundreds of videos in my life. Of course, I end up struggling to figure out which one I should post about.

I settled on Jonny Firestorm vs. Andy Hammer from BGEast's Jobberpalooza 8 because it features the amazing Jonny Firestorm in his early days being badass and creative. What more can one ask for?

Let's re-visit an oldie and goodie.

Review: Jeremy Daniels vs. Scott Riley (Muscleboy Wrestling)

Full disclosure: This video was sent to me by Muscleboy Wrestling.

The life of Riley seems pretty sweet. There are two different Rileys on Muscleboy Wrestling’s catalogue 14 - Rory and Scott. Both seem to be having a ton of fun and have landed against hot opponents. My main focus is Scott. I was attracted to Scott Riley from the preview pics on MBW’s Twitter account. And on video, he doesn’t disappoint. I think he’s incredibly sexy and entertaining.

Hi, Scott. Great to meet you.

Review: Ash DeLeon vs. Grant Connors (BGEast)

In BGEast's catalogue, I've mainly focused on Wrestling with Pride 2. The only other match that really stood out to me is Ash DeLeon vs. Grant Connors. I like both guys and I figured they'd be a good match.

Feisty Ash takes on big Grant in this mat battle.

I'm Back!

You may not have even noticed, but I was on vacation for the past two weeks. I set up all my blog posts and it looks like I only made a couple of mistakes, so that's pretty good. The comments were probably the most obvious difference as I didn't reply until Monday when I returned.

I spent most of it in America's 49th state, with a few days in Seattle, Victoria and Vancouver. Alaska in the 49th state for non-Americans. I saw people with real cameras, taking their time, framing and zooming. I was kind of jealous as I know my iPhone won't do any of it justice.

Hubbard Glacier.

The Cave 0: Beginnings

Note: This is a different kind of story. It is the origins of Cody + Ryan, starting from when they met at 10 years old. You will find more standard wrestling/adult content, in Chapters 6-8.

“I don’t wanna go.”

“Too bad. Put your sandals on, Ryan.”

“Please, Mom, can’t I stay home? Please?”

I whine on and on, but I get ignored as my mother looks at herself in the mirror. My mom mutters about how fat she is. Yes, she’s a big woman and she’s put on a lot of weight during the separation and divorce, but as her son, I know she’s beautiful. She’s taller than all the other moms, her white skin is flawless and her dark brown wavy hair is shiny and moves like water when she shakes her head. None of the past year’s drama shows. Not on her face, at least.
