Reviews: Drill Sergeants x 2 (Wrestler4Hire)

I had a review all done and planned for yesterday but when I ran through my usual steps, something arose and changed my plans dramatically. With nothing else really to review, I decided to fill the unexpected gap with a themed post about two different specialty videos from Wrestler4Hire. Neither one on their own felt like they'd hold a post but together, I think they're worthy of chatter.

Review: Jungle Man vs. Nick Justice (Hero Hunks)

NJustice: "Men's eyes were made to look and let them gaze; I will not budge for no man's pleasure. William Shakespeare. Romeo and Juliet. You ... are going to be my Juliet!"

In a surprise to probably no one who reads this blog, I immediately bought the latest video from Hero Hunks. It features Blake Starr in a loincloth facing an evil villain played by Nick Justice. I like Nick and I love Tarzan. I wasn't sure how this would work but I was way too curious to play it safe. And pretty much any video with Tarzan in it is going to be a winner with me. Including this one.

NJustice: "Everybody who steps in the ring with me
either dies or becomes my minion!"

Review: Calvin Haynes vs. Blake Starr (Wrestler4Hire)

Full disclosure: This video was provided to me by W4H MAX.

Note: This review was written prior to W4H MAX shutting down and the videos being moved to Wrestler4Hire. I didn't feel like re-writing or delaying the post. Apparently Cameron came to the same conclusion as me.

Wrestler4Hire's other spinoff, W4H MAX, describes itself as "the dark, dirty, twisted twin of Wrestler4Hire". I guess MAX is in the eye of the beholder, because I could see thing going a lot farther, but they sent me a coupon for two videos, so I figured I'd check it out. From what I've seen, the big difference is that the guys wear thongs and/or wrestle in oil, both of which don't seem like a giant leap from the regular Wrestler4Hire website.

Anyway, I picked two completely different videos to see what was up. One is a simple, story-free mat match featuring Calvin Haynes facing Blake Starr. The other, which I haven't watched yet, is a domination squash featuring 6'3"/225-lbs Joey Nux getting crushed by 3'9"/90-lbs Ricky Vegas. I think I'll need to be in the right mood for that second one.

It's hairy lean vs. hairy beefy in this
surprisingly competitive mat match.

Review: Marco vs. Blake Starr (Wrestler4Hire)

I will freely admit that my enjoyment of this Wrestler4Hire video is mostly due to personal nostalgia. Does that mean you won't like it? No. Does it mean you will? No. I'll explain what this video is and why I like it then you can decide for yourself.

Marco's casual as he wrecks this rookie.
