In a surprise to probably no one who reads this blog, I immediately bought the latest video from Hero Hunks. It features Blake Starr in a loincloth facing an evil villain played by Nick Justice. I like Nick and I love Tarzan. I wasn't sure how this would work but I was way too curious to play it safe. And pretty much any video with Tarzan in it is going to be a winner with me. Including this one.

Review: Masked Mayhem (Wrestler4Hire)

What good is a ring or mat if you don't have anyone to wrestle with? I often wonder this when I see a match start with the "this is my ring/mat, get lost" premise. It's a common trope in gay wrestling videos, but you'd think these selfish fellows should be happy to have someone come along who's looking to roll around with them. Fortunately, no one ever says, "Oh, sorry, I'll come back later."

In this match from Wrestler4Hire, the ring owner should be very happy. Two classic looking masked jobbers show up and he gets to play with both of them. Why so angry, Teal Justice? Enjoy it!

Review: Ace Owens vs. Nick Justice (W4H)

As I've explained before, I feel like if there's one or two matches a month that I really like on Wrestler4Hire’s streaming service, I've made my money back. Thanks to this match, I've already won September. Ace Owens vs. Nick Justice is a really well-done wrestling match with just the right amount of story elements.

Review: Lane Hartley vs. Nick Justice (W4H)

One of the reasons I subscribe to Wrestler4Hire is for seeing indie pros in more private, slower and generally more interesting matches than youTube offers. Indie pro often moves too fast and lacks a coherent storyline. I've equated modern pro to basketball where they just keep going back-and-forth, but only the last minute really matters.

So when Lane Hartley vs. Nick Justice came up for viewing, I had to watch it. How did it go?

Review: Billy the Kid vs. NJustice (Thunders Arena)

"I don't doubt that you're tough, but your line-dancing, quick-drawing, horse-riding, trough-licking shit ain't gonna work in this place, punk." -- NJustice

Turns out that Billy the Kid vs. NJustice isn't actually a wrestling match. Nope. It's a rasslin' match. And a damn good one at that. Thunders Arena gives us two beefy Southern brawlers in the ring ready for hard-hitting pro action. NJustice sets the tone for this brawl pretty fast with the above quote.

This is an intense battle over the most basic stakes - respect. NJustice stakes his claim to the ring, while Billy the Kid aims to earn his place in it.

Review: Brute vs. NJustice (Thunders Arena)

Well, Thunders Arena lured me in again with a special offer. I saved $7 on Tak vs. Eagle then I could add Brute vs. NJustice for just a few more dollars. I looked at the guys and thought, what the heck? Fortunately, it worked out as this was a fun fight with a big muscle pro pounding on a soft-bellied heel-jobber.
