Mindsweeper Monday: TCCW 5-6

TCCW are wrestling stories from two different Yahoo! groups from the early 2000's. These entries were part of a much larger universe led by other writers. There are references to characters, events and matches that will not be posted here. Titles change hands, friendships and alliances form and dissolve, all without you ever seeing it. Imagine you are watching an Indy fed sporadically.

Note: You can find ALL (?) the stories by all authors in order in their original versions HERE - thanks for the link, Mangler!

Elton (MW) vs. Patrick (MW)

As Gerritt stumbled down the aisle back to the locker room after his humiliation at Jacoby's hands, the next competitor was already emerging. Gerritt could hear the ring announcer from behind him as he made the longest walk of his life.

OUR NEXT BOUT IS A MIDDLEWEIGHT CONTEST ... MAKING HIS TCCW DEBUT, WEIGHING IN AT 187 LBS, HERE IS ELTON!"

Elton came through the curtain and calmly walked forward. He looked supremely confident for a rookie, with a smug look on his face. As he passed Gerritt in the narrow aisle, their shoulders bumped. Elton said, "Out of the way, chump."

Gerritt shook his head as though he didn't hear what he thought he heard. By the time it clicked, Elton was halfway down the aisle. From behind, Gerritt got a good look at the powerful middleweight. He was 6' tall and really built. He looked much heavier than 187. Elton's shoulders were broad and arms big and cut. Elton's legs were like tree trunks.

After the long walk, Elton finally reached the ring. He always moved at his own pace. He wasn't going to let the crowd or promoters tell him what to do. Elton was his own man and wanted to establish that early.

Elton raised his right fist into the air and saluted the crowd. His right lat fanned out and people got a glimpse of even more power. Elton's shiny black singlet only emphasized the power in his body and the width of his chest and shoudlers

Gerritt had seen enough. He didn't envy the middleweight who had to face this bruiser. This guy would be a heavyweight one day soon - Gerritt thought that they were almost the same size but somehow Elton weighed 30lbs less. The guy was one of the toughest looking middleweights he had seen. "Looks like Daryl has some competition," Gerritt thought as he continued back to the locker room to nurse his wounds from his loss to Jacoby.

With Elton finally in the ring, the ring announcer finally got to announce the other competitor.

AND MAKING HIS WAY TO THE RING, ALSO MAKING HIS TCCW DEBUT, WEIGHING IN AT 160 LBS, IS PATRICK!

Unlike Elton, Patrick bounded down to the ring. He was smiling and waving to the crowd. Patrick was pumped to be in the ring, fighting before a crowd. He was full of adrenaline.

Patrick wore a red singlet from his high school days. He had big arms and legs, but his chest and stomach were lean and strong. Patrick was a blond stud but lacked the definition that came with age. But, at 18, Patrick was already filling out. His new coach told him to get as much experience as he could now and it would pay off later in the next few years

Patrick looked forward to this contest. Despite his coach's focus on the future, Patrick hated to lose. He would do everything he could to pin the bigger wrestler that was staring him down across the ring.

After the customary rules and handshake, the bell sounded and the guys prepared to battle.

The two wrestlers locked up. They pushed and strained, each trying to dominate the other. Elton forced Patrick into the corner. He made a clean break.

The two combatants locked up again. They struggled some more, both guys already sweating, their singlets darkening with perspiration.

This time, as Elton forced Patrick back, Patrick used Elton's own momentum and reversed it, slamming Elton into the corner. Patrick made a clean break.

Elton bounced his shoulders and pecs, loosening up. He felt surprisingly tight. He hadn't expected to be nervous. Patrick bounced back and forth on his feet like a boxer. He was also very nervous.

Elton approached for a third lockup. Patrick met him and Elton forced Patrick into the ropes. Instead of releasing him, Elton whipped Patrick across the ring.

Patrick decided to duck down, hoping Elton was going to try a clothesline. He guessed right and Patrick evaded the move. As he came flying off from the other side, Elton was disoriented.

Patrick launched himself forward in a shoulder tackle. He drove his right shoulder into Elton's hard abs, driving Elton down onto the mat! Elton felt the air rush out of him.

Patrick drove two fists into Elton's abs but got no reaction from the middleweight powerhouse. Patrick had to shake out his hand as he had suffered more from the blow!

Patrick faced off against Elton again. Obviously the abs were a dead end. But that was okay. Patrick had a solid finisher and his whole game plan was directed elsewhere. As Elton rose to his feet, Patrick again lowered a shoulder and tackled the big guy down! Elton was winded again.

Patrick quickly seized his advantage.

After his successful shoulder blocks, Patrick quickly seized the advantage. He forced Elton to his feet. Patrick whipped Elton hard into the corner, following in right behind him with a clothesline! Again, Elton felt the air rush out of him. Patrick seized his wrist again.

Patrick whipped Elton into the opposite corner. Elton smashed in hard, his back feeling the pain. Patirck felt more confident now. He approached carefully and pulled Elton from the corner.

Patrick wrapped his arm over Elton's neck. He grabbed a tight grip on Elton's singlet and snapped him over in a suplex. Elton arched his aching back up, trying to relieve the pressure. Patrick jumped up and stomped Elton's wide open gut. His fists couldn't dent the rock hard abs but his boot could!

Patrick grabbed hold of Elton's legs and lifted him over into a Boston Crab. Patrick needed to keep softening the muscle dude's back in order to make his finishing move devastating. Patrick leaned back hard.

Elton was refusing to submit. Patrick was not an expert at the Boston Crab and Elton pushed himself up with his arms. As Patrick lost leverage, he fell forward. The hold was broken.

Patrick rose to his feet in the corner and saw Elton charging him for a shoulder block. Patrick used his arms and lifted himself over Elton's back! The big wrestler crashed into the ring post, smashing his shoulder hard.

Patrick grabbed hold of the back of Elton's black singlet and pulled him out of the corner. Patrick kicked Elton right in the center of his back, sending Elton sprawling back into the corner.

Elton slumped on the ropes in the corner. Patrick trotted to the opposite corner and charged across, splashing Elton's back with all his 160 lbs. Patrick moved back, grabbed hold of Elton's straps again and pulled him back. Patrick snaked his arm over Elton's throat and quickly dropped him in a reverse DDT.

Elton was sweating and breathing hard. He again arched his back, desperate to ease the pain. Patrick pulled Elton up, readying him for his finisher. This match was over fast! Patrick was flying high.

Patrick whipped Elton into the ropes. When Elton came off the ropes, Patrick picked Elton up and powerslammed him to the mat! Their combined weight and momentum seemed to shake the building as they crashed down hard onto the mat!

Patrick picked Elton up as he came off the ropes and powerslammed him to the mat!

Elton slammed down hard, shaking the ring as Patrick drove them both down into the canvas. Elton's back took the full brunt of the move.

Patrick confidently knelt beside Elton. Patrick lowered his singlet straps and made a hand and arm motion to signify the match was over.

Patrick confidently covered Elton, raising his right hand and counting with his fingers as the ref slapped the canvas. "One ... two ..." Patrick was aboout to count three but felt Elton stir under him. Elton had raised a shoulder!

Patrick cursed and stood up. He dragged the dazed Elton to his feet and threw him into the ropes again! Again, Patrick executed his perfect powerslam! Again, the entire ring shook.

Patrick quickly covered Elton and hooked his right leg this time. He listened to the count, putting all his energy into holding Elton down. The ref counted, "One ... two ..." What? Elton managed to kick out! Patrick was stunned! He had practiced his powerslam for months as his finisher! He didn't think anyone could kick out but now Elton had done it TWICE!

The blond rookie was confused as to what to do next. He had no better move. Patrick pulled Elton to a sitting position and moved behind him. He locked his fingers under Elton's chin and drove a knee into his back.

Patrick pulled back hard on his opponent. He needed time to think. He kept the pressure on Elton.

Elton moaned in the hold but Patrick didn't know how to apply it properly so Elton was merely using this time to get his own wind back. He had been careless and spotted the lighter wrestler way too many points. Elton's back was hurting but he would fight through it!

After a full minute, Patrick had decided to try a power bomb. He had to keep up on the back. Patrick dragged Elton up and lowered Elton's head between his legs.

Patrick thrust his arms out to the side, playing to the crowd. He slowly reached under Elton's torso, ready to lift his opponent and end this once and for all!

As Patrick bent down to lock his hands under Elton's stomach, Elton stood up, backdropping Patrick to the mat. Elton winced and clutched his aching back, but followed up immediately, despite the pain.

Patrick was sitting, stunned more than hurt from the backdrop. Elton kicked him hard between the shoulder blades then with shocking agility dove over Patrick, snapping the blond stud's neck in the process!

Patrick fell back onto the mat, writhing in pain. Elton forced Patrick to his feet and positioned Patrick's neck over his shoulder. Elton dropped down, executing a neck breaker on Patrick.

Patrick curled on the mat, clutching his neck again. His feet kicked up and down signifying his pain. Elton reached down and grabbed hold of Patrick's hair. He pulled Patrick up to his feet.

Elton reached down and positioned one arm between Patrick's legs and the other over his shoudler. The crowd ooh'ed and aah'ed as they looked for a bodyslam or even a piledriver from the bigger wrestler. But Elton had other plans.

Like Patrick, Elton was setting up his finisher. He turned Patrick around in his arms and positioned him for a shoulder breaker! Elton dropped to his knee and drove Patrick's right shoulder into his leg! Patrick felt shockwaves of pain through his arm. But Elton wasn't done.Effortlessly, Elton lifted Patrick back up, not releasing his hold. He delivered another shoulder breaker! His display of power had the crowd and Patrick in awe. Patrick tried to kick his legs to escape but the second shoulder breaker came too fast!

Elton again refused to release Patrick! He lifted the 160 lbs wrestler like he was a feather - he actually moved him to the other side and delivered two more shoulder breakers to his left shoulder!

Patrick was moaning ... he didn't know if his shoulder could take another! Elton dropped Patrick after the fourth shoulder breaker, letting him fall to the mat!

Elton stomped Patrick's aching shoulders with his boots the backed off. Elton lifted one hand to the sky. He then lowered his straps as Patrick had done. He involuntarily bounced his muscular pecs, getting a response of whistles and cheers from the crowd.

Elton was ready to end this match.

This match was quickly coming to a close. Patrick had had his chance but couldn't bring the bigger guy down. Now it was Elton's turn.

Elton dragged Patrick to his feet and whipped him into the ropes. As he came off, Elton caught him with a clothesline, sending him down again. Elton grabbed Patrick's blond hair and brought him up again.

Elton moved behind the blond rookie and slid his hands into position. With a fast move, he cinched in a full nelson and squeezed!

Patrick felt his aching shoulders give at the awesome power behind the hold. He couldn't break free despite his best efforts. Elton had incredible power and Patrick was feeling it all!

Patrick moaned but refused to submit. He tried everything to reverse the hold but Elton knew all the counter moves and how to counter them. Patrick felt helpless as his arms started to go numb and his sore neck and brutalized shoulders began to cramp.

He again refused to submit but Elton wasn't done yet. He leaned back, lifting Patrick from the ground and he shook him hard. Patrick cried out as the force on his shoulders and neck doubled from his own weight and the shaking. He could no longer stand the pain. Elton's finisher was way too much for him!

"I GIVE! I GIVE!" Patrick screamed out. Elton released the full nelson immediately. He raised his own hands in victory and the crowd applauded.

Patrick sat on the mat stretching his shoulders and neck out. He couldn't believe a full nelson could be applied so tightly. His body ached from the match.

He saw a shadow behind him and saw Elton standing over him. Elton was just staring at him, arms crossed over his chest. He looked incredibly intimidating, especially after he proved his superiority. He had kicked out of Patrick's finishing move. Patrick had failed to do the same. Patrick got to his feet and faced Elton, unsure what Elton wanted.

Elton slowly extended a hand to Patrick. It had been a clean, honest match. Patrick shook Elton's hand. "You are one tough guy. I can't believe how much you took from me. And that's some full nelson, you've got. I've never felt one so powerful."

Elton smiled almost imperceptibly. "Thanks, man. You've got some moves, that's for sure. That full nelson is gonna win me the TCCW championship."

Patrick said, "I can see it. Frank is in trouble with you gunning for the middleweight belt."

Elton's eyes narrowed, "Yeah, I'll probably start with the middleweight title." Patrick looked confused then smiled as he got what Elton was saying. Elton was confident if nothing else. But Patrick thought Elton was in for a big surprise if he thought he could handle the big guys like Cody and Dane. Elton was tough but he wasn't that tough in Patrick's mind.

The young men walked to the locker room together to the cheers of the crowd. They couldn't wait to see either competitor again.

Elton and Patrick Hanging Out

Three days after their introductory match, Elton and Patrick sat in Elton's new apartment. He had just moved out of his parent's house for his third year of college and had set up a cool hangout. He was halfway through college and wanted his own place to impress the ladies.

Patrick, at 18, thought it was awesome. He was living in the dorm, which was great as a first year student, but lacked privacy and coolness. Rumor was that the architect who designed the dorm designed prisons. He could believe it. The combatants had become fast friends. After the match, Elton had asked Patrick if he wanted to grab a burger. Patrick readily agreed.

After talking, it became apparent to both that they were on the same page, both in life and in wrestling. Both were laid-back guys, very casual. Neither kid had made any friends in the TCCW yet; neither wanted to be part of a "faction".

Patrick said to Elton, "I don't want to start any wars. But I'm worried about not getting any matches. I'm also worried about the amount of cheating and the double teams. If I challenge one guy, I end up wrestling three. It's like no one running the place cares as long as it fills seats. I hear that Kevin, a guy who runs 'The Posse' is freaking ruthless."

Elton replied simply, "Man, don't worry about it. I got your back. If you're getting your ass whooped fair and square, you're on your own. But any crap takes place and I'm there." As was usually the case with Elton, after he spoke, that was it. Patrick liked his directness a lot. Patrick agreed completely. He would never run-in or pull a dirty trick for Elton but he would back him up.

Yesterday, Patrick had used the formidable charm and the skills that came with blond hair, blue eyes and deep dimples. He had schmoozed the official TCCW statistics from the female stats keeper. He produced them proudly to his new friend. Elton was impressed. Patrick and Elton were a real team now. The two middleweights had started training together. Elton was a great sparring partner. Elton and Patrick could both take what they dished out.

For his part, Patrick was happy to just chill with Elton. But what Patrick admired about him most was that he was a great planner. Elton had good ideas on whom to challenge. Now, with stats in hand, Patrick could put a name to the qualities Elton wanted in an opponent. Elton thanked him but Patrick was pleased to do it. He respected Elton and knew Elton would not hang out with anyone he didn't respect in return.

Now, Patrick and Elton were relaxing, going over the middleweight ranks. Elton had insisted on fighting an undefeated opponent next. He wanted to make his mark immediately.

Patrick said, "Well there are a few. Ben is 1-0. Let's see, Drew is 1-0 ..."

Elton shook his head, "No, no, no. I'm 1-0. Why do I want to fight somebody with my same record? I only want guys with three or more matches under their belt. Got it?" Elton let out an exasperated sigh. Elton got off the couch and changed the CD.

Patrick smiled. He replied, "I got it. Man, how come you hang out with me if I'm so stupid?"

Elton turned and gave his usual smirk, "Because I feel sorry for you. You need guidance and I'm the only one who can provide it. You're like my charity case."

Patrick put down the pen and paper. He charged Elton, tackling him onto the floor. Patrick seized the bigger dude in a headlock. He cranked it hard and rubbed Elton's head with his knuckles. Laughing, Patrick asked, "Who's the charity case? Who is the charity case? The only charity case I see is the guy getting his ass kicked in his own place!"

Elton cursed and got ready to fight back.

Patrick cranked on the headlock. Elton groaned as he did. Elton struggled to get to his knees. He finally slipped out of the hold and put Patrick in a hammerlock with his right hand. Elton reached over and locked his left arm around Patrick's neck.

"Man, you never learn, do you?" Elton taunted from behind his blond friend. Patrick loved wrestling for fun. He had even beaten Elton once. Once. Otherwise Elton had handed the kid his hat every time. In three days, Patrick had started something with Elton in this apartment, in the gym, in the locker room, in the shower, on the street, wherever there was room for him to try his luck.

Elton admired the kid's tenacity but that didn't stop him from wrenching back on the blond kid's neck and up on his arm. Patrick was trapped - his arm muscles pumped and expanded, but he could not escape. Instead of submitting, he drove his feet down and pushed back. He forced himself back onto Elton who crashed his back onto the floor. The sudden jarring motion loosened the hold enough for Patrick to break free.

Patrick scrambled to his feet. He smiled at Elton. "You know, now that I've whooped you once, I know how."

Elton just nodded, not needing to remind Patrick of the ten times he had beaten him. He gave Patrick his stare of death. Patrick broke out laughing. The look was intimidating but Elton used it every time they fought. Now it just made Patrick crack up.

Elton smiled, raised his right hand and pointed at Patrick. He said, "You attack a man in his home? That's cold, man. You're disrespecting me. I'm gonna have to kill you."

Elton removed his shirt, exposing his rock hard torso. He bounced his big pecs and did a flex pose for Patrick. His abs rippled as he faced Patrick in his shorts. Patrick waved his hand as if Elton's impressive body was nothing. He stripped off his shirt and mimicked his friend's pose.

Elton took one look at Patrick's tight wrestler's body and burst out laughing. Patrick put his hands on his hips and tried to look intimidating.

Elton said, "You sure you didn't put rocks in your pockets when you got weighed? Because you sure don't look like any middleweight."

Patrick made a rude hand gesture but laughed. He knew he had a hard body but trashtalking had become part of their game. Patrick walked up to Elton and put his hands up for a test of strength.

Elton shook his head and said, "Sure, little guy. You want it, you got it."

Patrick and Elton locked hands and went at each other. Patrick was straining hard as their torsos crashed together. He knew he had little shot of winning this test but it was something he and Elton had never tried. Patrick felt himself improving greatly with each and every play match he started with Elton.

Patrick stepped back and smashed his chest into Elton's trying to break Elton's concentration. Their pecs bounced off each other. Patrick tried to turn the grip to give him better leverage but Elton was wise to his ploy. Elton twisted quickly and forced Patrick into a palms-up position.

Patrick yelped in sudden pain as he could no longer get any leverage. Elton quickly forced him to his knees and kept the pressure up.

Patrick felt his wrists aching and reluctantly said, "okay, okay. I give!"

Elton let the grip loosen and smiled at his buddy. Elton smacked Patrick's head. "Pathetic. Why'd you even try that move?"

Patrick knelt before Elton and shook out his wrists. As Elton stood in front of him confident at another win, Patrick smirked. He charged his shoulder in Elton driving him onto the couch! Patrick said, "Did I forget to mention that this is a best two out of three today? Wednesday is always best two of out three, my friend." Patrick jumped back and pulled hard on Elton's legs, bringing him crashing onto the floor. He leapt up and crashed an elbow into Elton's big round chest.

Patrick wasted no time. He jumped onto Elton and clamped his large hands over Elton's larger pecs! He squeezed tighter and tighter! The smaller blond muscle stud had learned not to mess with Elton's abs so he was trying everywhere else. He saw that his claw was having an effect.

The two guys rolled around. Patrick kept the pressure on, punishing Elton with moves that kept the big guy down and off-balance. Patrick worked Elton for ten minutes before finally trying his new idea for a finisher.

Elton grunted as Patrick forced him onto his stomach. Patrick straddled his friend and bent both of Elton's up his back in a double hammerlock.

Elton kicked the floor as Patrick straddled his back and cinched the hold tight. Elton was discovering there was no escaping Patrick's hammerlock but he refused to give in. He refused to submit despite the pressure.

Patrick leaned down and whispered in Elton's ear, "Now, back to the original question ... what were you saying? I'm what, again?" Patrick secured Elton's arms with his knees, body and one hand. He quickly used the moment and slapped the back of Elton's head with his free hand, taunting the bigger guy.

Elton grimaced and concentrated. He used every ounce of muscle he had but couldn't power out of the hammerlock. He was an experienced amateur. He twisted and turned, trying every counter he knew.

Patrick moved both hands back to Elton's wrists, happy to have been able to taunt Elton without losing the hold. Elton grimaced and said, "All right, all right. You got me. We're even. For the moment."

Patrick laughed and slid off Elton. Patrick had a huge grin, looking like the proverbial cat that swallowed the canary.

Elton was surprised that Patrick would pull a stunt like that but he was also glad. Elton had become friends with Patrick because Elton thought Patrick was an awesome wrestler and a nice guy. A guy he could trust in the trenches. But Elton thought Patrick lacked the killer instinct. This little surprise tackle was a good sign he was coming around.

Elton decided to turn the tables. He pretended to get up slowly, but instead, Elton surprised Patrick. Elton swept his left leg out, tripping the blond wrestler. Patrick fell back hard onto the thin mats that carpeted Elton's place. Elton leapt on top of him and splashed him hard.

Patrick gasped for air. Elton picked his friend up by his short blond hair and delivered a hard knee to the sternum. Patrick doubled over and Elton swept Patrick's feet out from under him again.

Patrick fell on his back. Before he could react, Elton was pulling him up again. Patrick ran a hand to his back and grimaced. Elton backed off and smiled. He made a "bring it on" hand motion.

Patrick smiled broadly. "That wasn't nice. Now I'm forced to get mean!" Patrick charged at Elton but Elton moved out of the way and delivered another knee to Patrick's gut. "You call that mean?" Elton laughed as Patrick just gasped.

Elton stepped up and hoisted Patrick onto his shoulders. He stretched Patrick over his shoulders in a torture rack.Patrick struggled valiantly but he knew there was no escape. He quickly submitted before Elton decided to crank up the pressure. Elton lowered Patrick down onto his back. Elton straddled his buddy and held him in a schoolboy pin. Patrick was pouting but otherwise accepting of another defeat. At least he had gotten one fall.

Elton gave him a little slap across the face and said, "You're getting better." He patted Patrick's pecs and he got up to grab his shirt. Elton threw Patirck his shirt, put on his own and collapsed, winded, onto the couch after their impromptu best two out of three.

Elton looked confidently at Patrick, "Oh yeah I almost forgot. I said, you are my charity case and I just proved it again. Now don't make me regret taking you under my wing." He winked at Patrick.

Patrick had put his shirt on and stretched back out on the chair. Elton said, "At practice today we have to find you a new finisher. I like that hammerlock. You might get a real submission with that. But man, you have to stop listening to that coach of yours. Powerslam, my ass. No scrawny little 160 lbs featherweight like you can put anyone down with a powerslam! You don't have the weight behind it. You definitely need a new move. We'll work on that hammerlock later at the gym."

Patrick shook his head. He lifted his shirt and showed off his six-pack. "Scrawny? Man, this bod is 100% muscle. I'm like you without the flab." Patrick grinned as Elton flipped him off.

The two young men trashtalked each other's bodies for another ten minutes. Patrick finally said, "Look, let's get back to the stats. Only Frank and Noel are undefeated, both at 3-0. But Frank, as the champ, is out of the question for now."

Elton said, "So Noel it is."

Patrick hemmed and hawed. "Actually, I was going to challenge Noel, if you don't mind. Of his 3 wins, two came against a musclehead named Vinny."

Elton said, "What's Vinny's record?" Patrick held up his fingers to make a zero, then three fingers, then one, signifying a 0-3-1 record.

Elton laughed, "So what you are telling me is that there is NO competition in this league for me!"

Patrick said, "Hold on, yes there is. I recommend you challenge Jordan. He's 2-2. He won his last match using a Boston Crab finisher. That sounds impressive. He's 5'10", 181 lbs and a cocky prettyboy. He's also a little soft in the middle, I hear."

Elton rolled his eyes. He didn't want to face some soft prettyboy. Patrick said, "Hear me out. This is only your second match. Your one victory was against a rookie. Start with Jordan. Learn the ropes and moves. This guy has fought four matches. He knows a thing or two. Then challenge Noel, who will be 3-1, after facing me." Patrick allowed himself a smile. He continued, "Then, you will challenge Daryl. If you beat him, you can't be denied a shot at the title. You can fight Frank then, assuming he still has the belt. Frank's a tough customer. You'll want experience under your belt. Plus, a title shot after four matches is still pretty good, bud."

Elton asked, "Who's Daryl? Why is he so special?"

Patrick smiled, "Daryl has a record of 6-3. But he's lost to heavyweights. He's the biggest, most muscular middleweight in the TCCW. Guy is almost a heavyweight. And he's tough and mean."

Elton nodded, satisfied that he could have the title very soon if he worked hard. "Okay. Now what's your plan, blondie?"

Patrick said, "Well, unlike you, I'm in no rush for a title. I want to build my experience. But your strategy of only fighting winners sounds like a good one to get the best experience. As you say, losers can only teach me to lose. So I'm going to challenge Noel. Then I'm going to try and face Timon. He's 2-1 and about my size but more of a bodybuilder. Big chest, hard body. I figure after that, if all goes well, I'll challenge Jerred. He's 2-1 right now and his only loss was to Frank for the title. After that, I'll wait and take the title from you."

Elton made a rude gesture with his hand but nodded in agreement. "Sounds cool. Looks like we've got some action coming up. Let's hit the gym and find you a real finisher." The two friends argued about the finisher the whole way to the gym.
