Review: Steel vs. Frey Custom Series (Thunders Arena)

Sometimes people hurt the ones they love, right? I'm pretty sure whoever commissioned this custom Steel vs. Frey match loves the stunning young muscle god, but what a way to show it. Not that I'm judging. I love Steel and bought this from Thunders Arena pretty much right away when I saw it was Frey relentlessly wrecking him. So I get it.

And it was the right decision.

It's all downhill for Steel as Frey dismantles him.

I've praised both these guys many times before and they're great again. They look great, both big and beefy, in small, sexy gear. This showcases some of their best personality traits. Steel's selfless willingness to be the victim. Frey's casual cockiness when he's the dominant heel. They play well together, with Frey carrying the narrative and Steel selling throughout.

Steel's muscles are useless.

Yeah, we know who the MAN is in this video.

Hopefully it really is better to
look good than to feel good.

Things start with a flexing, selfie-taking Steel in the dark ring area. He's wearing shorts, doing his thing. Frey sneaks up behind him, whacks him with a long pole of some kind then unleashes hell on the young muscleman. The veteran wrestler adds in verbal humiliation, equating Steel with an animal and an insect. The bull will either get tamed or destroyed.

Frey is ruthless and sadistic as he tears Steel apart, savoring his dominance. It's all about this revenge right from the start. I've never seen these two wrestle before, but there's a history here, based on Frey's dialogue. The beatdown keeps going for 20 minutes, ending in brutal fashion that leaves Steel unconscious and marked with his own blood.

Mockery + brutality.

Steel goes out over and over again.

Where can I get my very own Steel doll for Christmas?

After he launches the sneak attack on Steel, Frey has complete control over the action. It's a lot of brutal body work, sleepers and a few other submission holds, like a couple of big bearhugs. Frey is strong enough to handle the bigger hunk and experienced enough to know how to keep things interesting, even though there's no suspense here. Steel does try to struggle a little, but he never really fights back.

I'm not a fan of blood in wrestling matches, but this has an acceptably small amount that only appears at the end as a streak from his mouth. It just punctuates tis complete and total destruction at the hands of Frey. It's not 'crimson mask' gross or anything.

The video ends with a bang.

Frey won't stop until Steel is finished.

Mission accomplished.

In the end, this is everything it promises to be and more. You certainly know if you'll like it. I did. Both guys are in great shape, with great gear and play their roles flawlessly. If this type of video is your thing, I think it's perfect. I can't imagine having any complaints about it. So thanks to whoever paid for this, to Steel and Frey for doing it and Thunders for making it happen.

So that's my take. What's yours?

  1. I can't agree more. I mean it was...perfect. I'm with you in the blood department as well. I was abit shocked to be honest lol. But the tear down was hot. Frey exposed steels sculpted muscular body and one important thing here: steels face looked perfect from beginning to end. He has a bit longer hair and when he was thrown water he looked super sexy. And it seemed to fuel Frey. He couldn't get his hands off that face. Great job on both guys. Steel was game with having his face played with for such a long time. And that whispering to the ear. Damn. Hot. Super hot.

    1. Thanks for the comment. There's a lot of good stuff here. I didn't mention the whispering, like "we're just getting started". So menacing and yet sexy at the same time.
