Review: Chase Addams vs. Noah Samson (BGEast)

Chase Addams vs. Noah Samson is a tough one for me to review. Not because it's not good, but because it is non-stop sexy submissions. There are about 30 different images I could post, but in the interest of fairness to BGEast, I have to keep things limited. It's made for a lot of hard moments over the past few days (yes, pun intended) and I had to leave a lot of hot shots on the cutting room floor.

Chase Addams continues to show that he's the most creative heel around. He consistently takes ordinary moves and moments then adds that little something extra to make it look even more painful. Some are simple, like bending fingers in armbars. Others are intricate, like how he twists his own body to attack multiple body parts at once. Noah Samson sells it all well, letting us know that all Chase's hard work is really paying off.

There's always something extra with Chase.

This video upends the old adage, 'those who can, do; those who can't, teach.' In this case, it seems like that 'those who can, can't teach.' Because this video starts out with Chase as the hired instructor, but I'm not sure Noah actually learns anything. Except perhaps not to keep Chase waiting. This is almost a 100% squash as student Noah gets thoroughly destroyed and humiliated.

There's no shame in this climb of shame.

I don't know what to call it, but I like it.

It's tough to describe a lot of the action, because I don't actually know what to call things. For example, like when Noah is propped up on the ropes in a crab-like hold with Chase pushing his fists down in the small of his back. It's difficult to even describe. Maybe it's easier to describe Noah's pained cries and expression as he tortured all over the ring, from the mat to the ropes to the corner. They're expressive and compelling, perfect for the match.

The brutal beatdown is beautiful. Both guys end up stripping down a layer or two, although under much different circumstances. There are classic Chase holds like 'The Willbreaker'. And Noah gets one hope stop part way through where he gets to show the teacher what he knows. Although Chase comes right back with the same hold done more painfully and with some added humiliation. Such a charming scamp.

I want to mention on production element, because you can probably tell from some of these images. On the VOD, the video is a little washed out at times and Chase's gray trunks aren't the best against gray walls. It's nothing that really impacted my enjoyment and I don't think it'll impact yours.

In the end, this is an extremely sexy showdown, just as the series title promises. Chase continues to find new and exciting ways to bend and shape willing (and occasionally unwilling) jobbers and get them to scream louder and beg harder. And Noah makes a perfect victim, with a great combination of cockiness and resilience to make his destruction even more interesting.
