Review: Butch.J vs. Stefan (Wrestlingmale)

After a successful first purchase from Wrestlingmale (reviewed here), I went back for more as soon as I saw this matchup. It features the impressive (albeit awkwardly named from a typing standpoint) Butch.J from that first match against a very familiar and very sexy stud. Stefan is his third moniker, but a stud by any other name still looks hot as heck. So, how did my second WM video go?

Butch vs. Stefan is a smorgasbord of beef. Other than their age difference, these two are very similar. Both guys are hunky he-men with beautiful beefy bodies, beards and loads of muscles. Younger Stefan is hairier, adding to his sex appeal, but I'm loving them both in their tight little speedos.

One of the more interesting things about seeing guys at new places is seeing them adopt different characters. Stefan is a big beefy jobber at BGEast and Muscleboy Wrestling, but that doesn't mean he will be one at Wrestlingmale. It turns out that this Stefan, unlike his other personas, is quite capable of hanging with the mature, experienced Butch.

For some weird reason, the video starts with the guys chained up. I say weird because it's clumsy, cumbersome and they ditch it within four minutes without it ever really factoring in. Stefan makes a comment about it making things easier, but we never really see that. It might've seemed like a good idea, but I imagine it was uncomfortable and distracting.

Once the chain is gone, this goes into a mat submission mode for a while. The guys roll around, shifting control as the grapple for dominance. This is where I realize that Stefan is a different guy. He not only holds his own, but he goes low, grabbing Butch’s meat for control (and fun, I'm sure). Things really hit their stride in the second half. The action gets bigger, bolder and better. One guy takes control, but it's still competitive.

Action-wise, there's a ton of mat work, plus some more pro-style submission holds. Those include bearhugs, a camel and a crab. Both guys suffer. Both guys are put on display. I think they're awesome looking, so I was all in for that. It ends decisively with a knockout winner. The loser only wakes up to skulk out of the ring in defeat.

It's tough to figure out who's luckier.

In the end, this was an enjoyable battle between beefy boys. These two hairy hunks might be from different generations, but they fit together really well. I enjoyed seeing a more competitive Stefan and Butch brings an exciting and unique persona.
