Review: Tristan Baldwin vs. Caleb Klein (Wrestler4Hire)

Before I get into this review, I have to admit something. I’m mainly posting this for the pics, so if you skip some of the words, that’s okay. I love Tristan Baldwin and I love seeing him dominated by a big, hunky pro wrestler. This Wrestler4Hire video is beautiful to look at because the all-time great underground wrestler is beautiful to look at as he’s manhandled from beginning to end.

It's all about sexy muscle getting squashed.

It’s hard for me to type Tristan Baldwin, since that’s not how I know him best, but I’ll do my best. Obviously one of my all-time favorites, it’s amazing how we’ve seen him transition from cocky muscleboy to arrogant muscleman. I guess those are similar things. He’s looking buff as always here in his tight red trunks and he’s as confident as ever, even if he shouldn’t be.

Caleb Klein is an awesome wrestler and a hot hunk. I’ve liked a lot of his work at Wrestler4Hire and on the indie scene. The pro wrestling stud’s job here is to be big, bad and brutal. He does his job really well, showing off his ring-honed skills. And it helps that he looks great - powerful body, handsome face and tight blue trunks.

Tristan looks amazing as a victim.

Big Caleb owns the porn star.

Yes, I love a good dragon sleeper.

I always think of the old expression “big fish in a little pond” when I see matches like Tristan Baldwin vs. Caleb Klein. It’s different worlds colliding with an all-time great porn wrestler facing a seasoned pro wrestler. Obviously any outcome is possible in scripted wrestling, but I believe that in most cases, pro wrestlers should mop the floor with their porn counterparts - they’re bigger, more experienced and more focused. And if they don’t, it should be part of the storyline.

The pro vs. joe story is strong here and it goes like I think I should. This is a 100% squash as the bigger pro wrestler easily dominates the muscular porn wrestler. The point of this video is to see something we seldom see ... Tristan as helpless jobber boy. Yes, I’ve seen him lose and be dominated, but I can only remember this kind of humiliation a couple of times against BGEast's biggest and baddest heels.

Caleb's arsenal includes more than sleepers.

Action-wise, I’d say that if you want to see Tristan repeatedly knocked out, this is your video. I count nine sleepers in total, mostly different varieties and positions. There are other holds mixed in during the “match”, as well, but they all lead to the knockouts. The outcome is never in doubt and the only offense Tristan gets is verbal at the start. Outclassed and overpowered.

In the end, this is a single-minded video that will be especially appealing for Tristan Baldwin fans who like seeing the cocky muscleman get taught a lesson. There are no surprises here, but I don’t think that matters at all. It’s all about the brutal beatdown by the better man. Well, better man in the ring, at least.
